Our Services
TRANSFORMERS
We offer both power & distribution transformers, oil immersed & dry type, for network & special applications, with a rated power up to 150 MVA & rated voltage up to 220 kV. We offer also special transformers, designed according to the specifications of the customer.
LOW VOLTAGE SWITCHGEARS
We offer a range of low voltage switchgear type, designed to be as space and energy efficient as possible, yet ensuring highest safety, maintaining easy access for installation, operation, and maintenance. These systems are suitable for applications in all fields concerning the generation, distribution and use of electrical energy, e. g., they can be used as: Main and sub-distribution boards for energy and Motor current supply of Motor Control Centers.
MEDIUM VOLTAGE SWITCHGEARS
Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS)
We offer a complete range of gas insulated medium voltage switchgear products (GIS) for all kinds of electrical distribution applications, up to 40,5 kV. The gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) for primary and secondary distribution consists of a compact monobloc. Gas-insulated switchgear systems are ideal when the available space is limited, flexible combination and reliability of cubicles is required or if economic factors play an important role.
MEDIUM VOLTAGE SWITCHGEARS
Air Insulated Switchgears (AIS)
We offer a complete range of air insulated switchgear (AIS) products for all kinds of electrical distribution applications, up to 40,5 kV. Perfect for industrial or commercial use, utility stations, wind power stations, sport venues, hotels and more. The variety of air insulated switchgear solutions for primary and secondary distribution consists of a range of metal-enclosed (LME) or metal clad cubicles (LMC).
DIESEL GENERATORS
We offer standard as well as special diesel generators, for continuous power, prime power & standby applications, with a rated power up to 3000 KVA and with a standard rated voltage, 400 V, as well as with special rated voltages, i.e. 6,6 or 11 kV. The diesel generators can be either open type or equipped with a soundproof canopy and, on request, fit containers. Customized solutions, according to the specification of the customer, are also available on request.
LV DISTRIBUTION PANELS
We offer a wide range of internal and external LV distribution panels which are designed according to domestic and foreign projects. The LV panels help you protecting your electric equipment against electrical overloads and short circuits while distributing electricity throughout a building or facility.
LV CONTROL, PROTECTION AND MIMIC PANELS
hese LV Panels are offered to be used as control and protection unit in industrial facilities. The operation of the system is watched visually via mimic diagram and it provides remote control possibility, protecting LV and MV switchgear systems from any damage in case of electricity overload or short-circuits.
ON-LINE DRYING & MONITORING SYSTEM
We offer an on-line drying system, for drying the complete insulation components of the power transformers. These systems can be integrated with intelligent sensors, that would allow a 24/7 monitoring of the main values of the transformers. Thanks to the GSM module, the status of the transformers is shown on your laptop or your mobile phone. This cost-efficient product could also be installed permanently in order to continuously extract moisture from the insulation material of the transformers.
KIOSK SUBSTATIONS
We offer kiosk substations, made of steel of concrete structure, that houses electrical equipment, such as distribution transformers, MV & LV switchgears. They are designed to convert high voltage to lower voltage within a safe, protective unit. Customized solutions, according to the specification of the customer, are also available on request.
MV/MV & MV/LV MOBILE SUBSTATIONS
We offer MV/MV & MV/LV mobile substations, with different rated power & voltage. The mobile substations are autonomous systems that offer maximum mobility and flexibility. They are considered as the ideal & fastest solutions, ensuring the continuity of service in case of unexpected contingencies, i.e. fires, sabotages, upgrade or refurbishment of a stationary substation. There are several possible configurations, that depends on the specification of the customers.
STATIONARY SUBSTATIONS
We offer turnkey solution for primary distribution stationary substitutions according to the specification of the customer. On request, we can also offer only the engineering procurement and the supervision of the construction.
E-HOUSES
We offer E-Houses according to the specification of the customers. They are engineered & designed to meet application requirements with respect to equipment layout, site footprint limitations and logistics considerations. An E-House solution is a cost effective, risk reduced alternative to conventional concrete block and brick construction. They can be equipped with a wide range of electrical equipment and components, i.e. MV &/or LV switchgears, HVAC, battery charger & batteries, UPS, making them the ideal solution for application in the field of data centers, energy storage renewable, oil & gas.
WINDING MACHINE & ACCESSORIES
We offer a wide range of winding machines, for the production of round, oval and rectangular coils. For the production of distribution transformers, we offer a fully or semi-automated wire winding machines (for the HV side) & the semi-automated foil winding machines (for the LV side). For the production of power transformers, we offer the semi-automated horizontal winding machines, as well as the vertical winding machines, that are mainly used for the production of coils with disc winding technique. The above mentioned machines can be equipped with a broad range of accessories allowing the adaptation to most requiremrnts.
VACUUM TRANSFORMER DRYING OVENS
We offer a wide range of solutions for the drying of the active parts of the transformers, whether through the conventional Hot Air ovens, the newest technology of Low Frequency ovens, mainly used in the production process of distribution and medium size power transformers as well as through the Vapour-Phase ovens, mainly used for large power transformers. The engineering & design of these solutions are tailor made, according to the speciation & requirement of the customers.
TRANSFORMER TESTING EQUIPMENT
We offer testing equipment needed to perform the routine test on the distribution transformer according to the IEC standards.
